- Assist federal officers and agencies with daily administrative operations and compliance reporting.
- Manage sensitive data entry and maintain accurate records in secure government databases.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate project goals and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to federal regulations and protocols.
- Support the preparation of briefing materials, status reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for federal training sessions and facility access.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. (Required for all federal roles).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
