Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain a background security clearance.
