Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Supply Chain: Oversee the end-to-end logistics for federal projects, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all shipping and receiving activities adhere to strict federal regulations and safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate logistics reports for federal stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or government contracting.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Investigation or Secret Clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to federal standards.
