Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics operations for federal contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for federal oversight auditors and internal management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with federal government contracting processes and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to obtain a favorable background check and security clearance eligibility.
