Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for defense equipment and supply chains across 5+ military installations
- Manage inventory databases with 99.8% accuracy using FedLog systems
- Oversee transportation of hazardous materials compliant with DOT/FAA regulations
- Process urgent procurement requests within 24-hour SLA windows
- Generate compliance reports for federal audit requirements
- Train junior staff on logistics protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal or DoD logistics operations
- FedLog/GSA certification preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Active DoD security clearance (or eligible for interim clearance)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
