Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of federal inventory with strict adherence to regulations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with all federal safety and security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Liaise between internal teams and federal clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with federal regulations (DFARS, FAR) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (or have an active clearance).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
