Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations during the night shift, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of federal supplies.
- Maintain precise inventory records using federal logistics software, strictly adhering to government compliance standards.
- Coordinate directly with federal agencies to resolve shipping discrepancies, logistical bottlenecks, and urgent delivery requirements.
- Generate and maintain detailed shift reports for federal stakeholders and internal management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and security measures on the warehouse floor to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night shift workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in logistics, supply chain management, or federal government operations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) as mandated by federal contract requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
