Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations specifically scheduled for the weekend.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and documentation standards.
- Conduct daily audits of inventory and shipping manifests to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with federal agencies to resolve shipping delays and logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate digital records and prepare regulatory reports for federal oversight bodies.
- Supervise a small team of logistics specialists during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or federal contract administration.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
