Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to established routes and schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service at mailboxes and during delivery interactions
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to USPS policies for security, safety, and operational efficiency
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery quotas and deadlines
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and route navigation skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and independently
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
