Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end logistics process for federal shipments, including receiving, inventorying, and dispatching.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
- Conduct daily inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and customs forms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a favorable background investigation/security clearance.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
