Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory control procedures during weekend shifts, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock levels and documentation.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for federal government clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Perform daily audits of shipping logs and reconcile discrepancies with logistics managers.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and delays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
