Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal safety regulations and facility protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities and repair logs accurately.
- Collaborate with facility management to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is highly preferred.
