Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend process improvements for defense programs
- Develop performance metrics and evaluate program outcomes against strategic objectives
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership on resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program goals with federal mandates
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedural requirements
- Design and implement strategic planning frameworks for mission-critical initiatives
- Present complex data through concise visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program analysis or project management experience
- Expertise in federal budgeting processes and performance measurement frameworks
- Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of DoD operations and federal acquisition regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
