Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational processes and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with federal regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership on program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics using data-driven approaches
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement, grant management, and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years federal program management or analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems and regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Knowledge of veterans' services programs and VA operations
