Responsibilities
- Analyze complex veteran service delivery systems and recommend process improvements
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize VA healthcare resource allocation
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings for senior leadership on veteran access issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement federal compliance initiatives
- Conduct performance audits of veteran service programs using federal metrics
- Lead stakeholder engagements with veteran service organizations
- Manage federal grant programs supporting veteran transition services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal government or public sector experience
- Expertise in federal compliance regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Experience with VA systems or veteran service programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
