Responsibilities
- Monitor federal database systems and network traffic during overnight shifts to detect anomalies and security threats.
- Process and verify incoming federal documentation, ensuring strict adherence to compliance regulations.
- Communicate urgent alerts and incident reports to senior federal supervisors immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of all night operations, including data entry and audit logs.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Adhere to all Department of Defense (DoD) and federal security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or night shift operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Security: Must be willing to undergo a background investigation and obtain necessary clearances.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
