Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate advanced federal security and surveillance systems during night shifts.
- Analyze incoming data streams and intelligence reports to identify potential threats.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency policies.
- Document operational activities and generate accurate shift reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance to ensure 24/7 uptime.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security, intelligence, or technical operations role.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and communication equipment.
