Responsibilities
- Monitor federal communication channels and data systems for anomalies during the night shift.
- Perform routine security checks and data entry tasks to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Document operational logs and report critical issues immediately to the senior night supervisor.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Assist in the testing and calibration of security equipment and hardware.
- Provide tier-one support for internal federal systems and resolve basic technical issues.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Required for all federal roles and security clearance eligibility.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to relay information clearly.
