Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to federal facilities during night hours to ensure strict security protocols.
- Conduct routine patrols and thorough inspections of the premises, grounds, and parking areas.
- Log and report any irregularities, safety hazards, or security breaches immediately.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers of facility status.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of shift activities and incident reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations, OSHA standards, and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Top Secret security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or military experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, logistics, or military operations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (12-hour shifts) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background investigation and drug screen.
