Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time federal security data streams and intelligence reports during night shifts.
- Coordinate with federal agencies and state local partners to resolve urgent operational issues.
- Document incidents, maintain accurate logs, and generate detailed reports for federal oversight bodies.
- Ensure compliance with federal protocols, safety regulations, and night shift operational standards.
- Respond to emergency alerts and execute pre-planned contingency procedures efficiently.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for federal security clearance.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations center environments, emergency management, or federal support roles.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with government communication systems.
