Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Continuously monitor federal databases, network traffic, and server operations to ensure 100% uptime and data integrity during night shifts.
- Data Processing: Analyze and process incoming federal data reports with extreme accuracy and adherence to strict protocols.
- Incident Response: Troubleshoot technical issues immediately and escalate critical anomalies to the day shift command center.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous logs of all operational activities, security checks, and system adjustments.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for night-shift inquiries from federal clients and internal teams.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to federal regulations, agency policies, and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred; willingness to obtain clearance is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, or federal contract support.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with federal database management systems.
