- Collaborate with regional teams in Tampa and Georgia to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and shift schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for this federal role.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
