Responsibilities
- Grant Management: Oversee the lifecycle of federal grant applications, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and agency guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily time logs and weekly performance reports to project managers and federal oversight bodies.
- Compliance: Monitor project activities to ensure strict adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external federal clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all project deliverables, contracts, and correspondence.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency within federal contract workflows and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or a related technical field.
- Clearance: Active or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage complex documentation and ensure zero errors in reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
