Responsibilities
Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during evening hours.Assist applicants with federal benefit applications and inquiries.Verify and process sensitive personal and financial data with 100% accuracy.Maintain detailed records in the Federal database system.Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve complex issues.Adhere to all federal security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
United States Citizenship is mandatory.High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.Proven experience in customer service or administrative support.Ability to work rotating night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM).Pass a federal background check and drug screening.Strong computer literacy and typing skills.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
