Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance patrols of federal installations using advanced monitoring systems
- Respond immediately to security breaches, alarms, and emergency protocols
- Enforce access controls and verify credentials for personnel and visitors during night operations
- Maintain detailed incident logs and security reports with precise documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate and troubleshoot security technology including biometric scanners and CCTV
- Conduct vulnerability assessments of perimeter security during low-visibility conditions
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years federal or high-security civilian experience
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Emergency response certification (CPR/First Aid)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred for Miami operations)
- Must pass TSA Security Screening and background investigation
