Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities using advanced surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Conduct regular patrols and access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Respond to security incidents with immediate and decisive action protocols
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and communication systems
- Train junior security personnel on federal compliance standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Nebraska state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in CCTV operation and incident reporting software
- Physical fitness to perform security patrols and emergency response
- Completion of federal background investigation and polygraph
