Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol federal premises during overnight hours
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations with appropriate protocols
- Conduct thorough access control and identity verification procedures
- Document all security incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and motion detectors
- Conduct routine safety inspections of federal facilities
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and security technology
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass federal background investigation and drug screening
