Responsibilities
- Monitor and process federal data, records, and communications during the night shift to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforce strict compliance protocols and security measures in accordance with federal regulations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital archives, ensuring retrieval efficiency for daytime staff.
- Respond to critical alerts and operational issues during off-hours with minimal supervision.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of the facility and report any maintenance or security concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing projects and priorities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal security requirements.
- Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal, military, or high-security administrative roles.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with government databases (e.g., JADE, eQIP).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting purposes.
