Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal communications channels and data systems during night operations.
- Process and verify sensitive government data entry with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Collaborate seamlessly with day-shift supervisors to ensure workflow continuity and issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to emergency alerts and operational directives issued by federal authorities.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols, compliance standards, and agency regulations.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and hardware maintenance as assigned.
- Document all operational activities and discrepancies in the secure federal database.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for federal employment eligibility.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and mandatory overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficient typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background investigation and security clearance check.
- Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
