Responsibilities
- Oversee daily federal operations during weekend shifts to ensure continuity of service.
- Monitor and secure federal facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Process and review incoming federal documentation and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with on-call staff and external agencies to resolve urgent operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of weekend activities and prepare weekly operational reports.
- Conduct facility inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal personnel and visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative operations or a related federal field.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekend shifts and flexible hours as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
