Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Manage and coordinate daily federal operations and administrative tasks during weekend shifts.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input, verify, and analyze sensitive data into federal databases and record-keeping systems.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies during off-hours.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal security protocols, background check requirements, and agency policies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly reports and status updates regarding departmental performance and compliance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory for the facility.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a favorable background investigation (Secret clearance preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or federal service.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow complex instructions.
