Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal grant applications and compliance documentation during weekend hours.
- Coordinate with federal agency liaisons to resolve urgent operational issues and inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal records and databases.
- Conduct preliminary background checks and verify documentation for prospective candidates.
- Prepare and submit weekend status reports to senior management and federal oversight boards.
- Assist in the organization of federal training sessions and logistical support for weekend field operations.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or a related sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific case management software (e.g., JADE, JusticeGEMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft official correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during non-standard business hours.
