Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage federal operational workflows during weekend shifts.
- Review and process incoming applications and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations and security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with remote teams in both New York and Minneapolis to resolve urgent operational challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities and produce performance reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or public sector operations.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (e.g., Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
