Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shifts to ensure the continuity of essential federal agency operations and services.
- Manage and process incoming federal documentation, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Monitor agency systems and databases to identify discrepancies and resolve data entry errors promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly reports for federal stakeholders and supervisors.
- Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line telephones, scanners, and computers, during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to government security and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with federal staff and other contractors regarding project timelines and urgent requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be able to obtain) a favorable background investigation clearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in federal or government contracting environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary government software quickly.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without direct supervision during weekend shifts.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for site-specific travel.
