Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence and route federal documents to appropriate personnel with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of official government records and case files.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate databases for federal program metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are aligned with federal timelines.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations, agency policies, and OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for federal oversight committees.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Previous experience working with government contracts or federal agencies is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
