Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming correspondence, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Record Management: Maintain and organize confidential federal records and files in compliance with established regulations and security protocols.
- Process Oversight: Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of federal applications, forms, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between federal agencies, the public, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Compliance & Audit: Support internal audits and compliance checks by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal employment (suitable for federal background investigation).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
