Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners
- Conduct eligibility interviews via phone/in-person
- Maintain confidential case files per federal protocols
- Assist with outreach events for veteran awareness
- Resolve benefit discrepancies within SLAs
- Participate in quarterly compliance training
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
- Associates degree or 2+ years federal/government experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible)
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs
- Must pass federal security clearance
