Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Assist federal employees and stakeholders with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Qualifications

- Federal Knowledge: Familiarity with federal government IT environments and protocols is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting network issues.
