Responsibilities
- Process daily federal payments with 99.9% accuracy using secure systems
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Ensure strict compliance with federal financial regulations (GAAP, FFMIA)
- Collaborate with Treasury Department teams on payment optimization
- Maintain confidential financial records with audit-ready documentation
- Train junior staff on payment processing protocols
- Conduct daily system backups and security checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of federal payment processing experience
- Proficiency with SAP and G-WEB systems
- Active U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
- Advanced knowledge of Treasury Financial Management (TFM) systems
- Certified Federal Financial Manager (CFFM) preferred
