Qualifications:
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or financial services.
- Familiarity with federal retirement systems (e.g., FERS) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (background check required).
