- Administer federal pension plans (CSRS/FERS) ensuring compliance with 5 CFR Part 838

- Collaborate with OPM headquarters on policy implementation and system modernization
- Provide technical guidance to federal agencies on retirement plan administration
- Conduct audits of pension records and benefit disbursement accuracy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for retirement system optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in federal retirement systems (CSRS/FERS) administration
- Expertise in 5 CFR retirement regulations and OPM guidance
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CBP) or relevant graduate degree
- Advanced proficiency in federal HR systems (e.g., HRIS, NSPS)
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience
