Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Expert knowledge of federal retirement systems (CSRS/FERS) and TSP regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension administration software
- Ability to interpret complex federal regulations (5 CFR, ERISA)

- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
