Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of federal pension plans, ensuring full compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.

- Coordinate with federal agencies and legal counsel to ensure all filings are up to date.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to federal employees regarding their retirement options.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pension administration or actuarial science.
- Strong knowledge of federal retirement laws and regulations (e.g., FERS, CSRS).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and pension administration software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- Certified Pension Fund Specialist (CPFS) or equivalent certification is a major plus.
