Responsibilities
- Analyze pension plan financial reports for compliance with ERISA regulations
- Assist in monitoring plan solvency and funding statusPrepare preliminary determination letters for pension plans
- Respond to inquiries from plan sponsors and participants
- Support audits of multi-employer pension plans
- Research and interpret complex pension legislation
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams on compliance matters
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of pension regulations (ERISA) preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
