Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- ERISA and IRS compliance certification (CEBS or QKA preferred)
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, VCP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
