Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health strategies for Tarrant County communities
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

- Oversee community outreach and health education campaigns
- Supervise program staff and evaluate performance metrics
- Represent the department in inter-agency partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or non-profit administration
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded programs
