- Process and review pension benefit applications and retirement claims with high accuracy.
- Assist federal employees in understanding their eligibility for federal pension plans.

Qualifications

- No prior pension experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance process.
