Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with OPM and ERISA regulations
- Provide expert guidance on retirement planning and benefits
- Conduct eligibility reviews for TSP and FERS programs
- Prepare detailed pension calculation reports
- Coordinate with federal agencies for seamless benefit transfers
- Maintain confidential records per federal privacy standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Deep understanding of TSP, FERS, and CSRS programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
