Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP and FERS benefits
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations
- Ensure compliance with OPM and ERISA regulations
- Provide weekend customer support via phone/video for federal retirees
- Conduct pension plan audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with HR teams on retirement policy updates
- Generate benefit statements and annual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
- 3+ years pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal TSP/FERS certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm MST)
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
