Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal pension plans for 500+ employees
- Process daily payroll transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OPM and IRS pension regulations
- Conduct pension audits and benefit eligibility verifications
- Develop retirement planning workshops for federal employees
- Collaborate with HR on TSP and FERS optimization strategies
- Respond to complex pension inquiries within 24 hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years federal pension administration experience
- Expertise in TSP, FERS, and CSRS systems
- GS-7/GS-9 federal pay scale certification
- Proficiency with FedPay and HRConnect systems
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
